In addition to my work with individual executives, I also work with groups. I have developed a customized syllabus that focuses on the key intertwining elements of leadership, management and personal growth for each group, serving as a framework and jumping off point for dynamic interactive sessions. Ideally the group coaching will be complemented and reinforced with individual one-on-one sessions.
