HOW DO YOU WORK WITH YOUR CLIENTS?

I meet with my clients once per week for an hour either via phone, video chat or in person.

At the conclusion of each meeting we agree on areas of focus for the upcoming week and that’s

where we begin the next session. I am available for my clients anytime between our meetings

should they wish to connect for any reason.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT THAN OTHER COACHES?

Because of my long career as a high level executive, I have the ability to understand exactly what my clients are going through and communicate with them in "short hand". I can help dissect the business and understand the nuances of it in a way that very few can.

There is no aspect of executive life that I haven’t experienced myself.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS?

The minimum engagement is six months, but often can continue beyond that.

Many leaders work with executive coaches on a long-term multi-year basis.

ARE YOU A COACH OR A CONSULTANT?

I both coach and consult, depending on the specific needs of the client and the organization. 

Traditional coaching – helping the client develop his or her management and leadership skills is a big part of what I do. Working together and understanding the dynamics of the business, I also offer specific skills in effective presentations, budget prep, board prep, internal and external communication

and general organizational development and culture.
